We offer a number of classes per week during term time with a reduced timetable out of term time. Our classes are focused on a range of things, including mobility, cardio and strength.
Get involved in Royal Holloway Sport's Group Exercise Classes. Our variety of classes are all led by our fully qualified, professional fitness instructors on a daily basis.
