Our opening hours are as follows:

Out of term time

Monday to Friday | 7am- 9pm

Saturdays | 9am - 4pm

Sundays | 10am - 4pm

 

Term time hours 

Monday to Friday | 7am- 10pm

Saturdays | 9am - 6pm

Sundays | 10am-10pm

Students can purchase their membership using the online booking system.

Staff and Community members can purchase their memberships at the Sports Centre reception.

Our gym is currently open to Silver members before 3pm and Gold members throughout our opening hours.

From Welcome Week 2022 we will also be resuming our Active sessions, Group Exercise classes and Campus Sports Leagues.

Our clubs are run by students themselves with the support of the Students' Union. For more information on available clubs, please visit the Students' Union webpage.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, we have support services from our Student Advisory and Wellbeing team where you can discuss any concerns, issues or worries you have whether it is about you or a friend. Please contact us via email if you would like to chat with an Advisor who will be able to listen to your worries and help you in getting the right support for you. If you are really struggling with your wellbeing and don’t feel you can keep yourself safe please contact 999 and speak to an operator who will be able to get you immediate support.  

Furthermore, it is proven that our mental health and wellbeing are assisted and improved by exercise and diet. We would always encourage you to try and get in some form of exercise in order to improve your mood and wellbeing. 

Ad hoc bookings are available, you can request a booking by completing the form found here. One of the team will contact you within 24 hours to complete the booking. If you are trying to book for today please call the Sports Centre on 01784 443892 or email sportscentre@royalholloway.ac.uk.
