This form is for students, staff and community members of the fitness suite on a Recurring Card Payment (RCP) membership to provide their notification to cancel.
Please note: changes were made to our Terms and Conditions on 05/12/23. To cancel an RCP membership you must give at least 14 days' notice prior to your next payment being due in order for us to guarantee no further payments are requested.
Annual, one- or three-month memberships cannot usually be cancelled except in circumstances listed in the Membership Agreement in the Terms and Conditions. They will automatically expire upon the end of the membership term.
