This form is for students, staff and community members of the fitness suite on a RCP membership to provide their notification to cancel.

Please note changes were made to our Terms and Conditions on 05/12/23. To cancel an RCP membership you must give at least 14 days notice prior to your next payment being due in order for us to guarantee no further payments are requested.
