Living in student accommodation

Living in student accommodation is an exciting way to start your life at university. For many students, it's the first taste of independence and living away from home. Keep reading for our hints and tips about living on campus including blogs and some tried and tested recipes, as well as what you can look forward to exploring close to our campus.

Members of our Hall Life team will be some of the first people you'll meet when you move in. The team is made up of current students who have all lived in student accommodation before and know that it can be daunting at first to live independently. They'll be happy to share their experience with you, and help if you've got a question or need help with a problem. There'll be a programme of events and activities to help you settle in, so we recommend coming along and taking part with any that you're interested in.

You can also join our virtual Hall Life Common Room on Facebook or take a look at our Instagram to see the types of events we hold during the year.
