Aparna's overnight oats

In need of a quick breakfast recipe? Give Aparna's overnight oats a try that can be prepped the night before.

Ingredients 

  • Semi-skimmed milk- 5 cups
  • Peanut Butter- 2 tbsp
  • Flaxseed- 1 tbsp
  • Chia seed- 1 tbsp
  • Honey- 1 tbsp
  • Cocoa powder- 5 tbsp
  • Oats- 5 cups 

 

Method 

Simply mix all the ingredients together and pour into a jar. Put in the fridge overnight and you'll have a yummy breakfast ready for you in the morning.
