Applications can be made directly through our application portal, Royal Holloway Direct. This is a simple and straightforward process that doesn't take very long. If you are applying for a postgraduate course that starts in September 2023, you can apply at any time until 31 July. If you apply by 1 June, we'll be able to give you an early decision (by 23 July).  Some popular courses become full quickly so we recommend you apply as early as possible to avoid disappointment. The final deadline for submission of all postgraduate applications is 31 July 2023.

You don’t always need to have previously studied in your chosen subject, but we recommend checking the entry requirements of the course before you apply. As part of your application, you’ll need to provide an academic reference and submit documents, such as your degree certificate or transcripts, so it would be good to have these ready to upload before you start your application.
