Accommodation

Accommodation if you join us through Clearing

If we offered you a place at Royal Holloway through Clearing on Thursday 18 August you are guaranteed an offer of a place in halls, as long as you added us as a choice on UCAS by 7am on 19 August and apply for accommodation by 4pm on 22 August.

Please note, it can take up to 12 hours after your place at Royal Holloway has been confirmed before your accommodation profile becomes active and you're able to apply for halls of residence.

Halls and other options

We have a fantastic range of accommodation, either on our campus or just one mile away. Find out where you could be living.

Many of our students choose to commute to Royal Holloway and we're ideally placed if you live in the London or south east of England area. Find out more

You can also live in private rented accommodation in the local area, where houses are of a high standard and living costs compare favourably with other parts of the south east.

The Students’ Union runs HouseSearch, an online service where you can search properties in the local area. If you sign a contract for private accommodation, you won't be able to take a room in Halls.

Visit our private rented accommodation information to find out more.
