Innovation
Innovation meta-skills allow you to be high achieving and take your performance to the highest levels:
- Critical thinking allows you apply your learning, find solutions, and approach challenges creatively
- Sense-making allows you to synthesise data and situations, recognise patterns and filter what's necessary
- Creativity allows you to reimagine ways of doing things and find innovative solutions
- Curiosity allows you seek out new information, improve your skills, and discover new solutions
Social intelligence
Social intelligence meta-skills allow you to understand people and groups, leading to better performance in any environment
- Leading is the ability to motivate and galvanise others towards an objective or inspire through example
- Communicating involves sharing information and feelings in a way that creates understanding in a timely manner and improves situations
- Feeling is about appreciating a wide range of perspectives through empathy, self awareness, and a social conscience
