Channel 5's new documentaries profiling two of Britain's greatest monarchs features the expertise of Dr Anna Whitelock

This two-part historical documentary examines whether there are similarities between the two monarchs (Elizabeth I and Elizabeth II), from their ascensions to the throne to the battles they faced to protect their reigns. It unravels the complex relationships between the Queens and and Diana, Princess of Wales, and Mary Queen of Scots.
