Our strategy aims to embed interdisciplinary research and teaching, share knowledge with our partners, engage with diverse publics and advance our values which includes enabling our staff and students to achieve their greatest potential. As a school we influence scientific audiences, engage with civil society, work with policymakers and communicate with publics on biodiversity and conservation, climate change, health, neuroscience and biomedicine, resource management and societal challenges ranging from energy provision to sustainable transport.

Our strategy wants to:

  • Enable research and teaching of the highest quality with a commitment to access and engagement

  • Establish partnerships that will engage diverse communities and stakeholders and enrich our research and knowledge exchange.

  • Support the well-being and professional development of our staff and students

  • Promote a working environment that is engaging of wider publics, including a commitment to ensure that our expertise is accessible as possible.

Our strategy is led by the Executive Dean and the School Executive.
