The International Advice team at Royal Holloway will be providing a free airport pick-up service between London Heathrow and our campus in Egham on the following dates.
- Sunday, 12 January 2025
Please note that the vehicles we use on the above dates operate between 8am to 7pm. Therefore please book your flights accordingly to ensure that you arrive in time for our last vehicle that departs at 7pm. Taking into account the time it will take to go through passport control, collect your luggage and meet the team at the airport, we would advise ensuring that your flight lands by 5pm at the very latest.
Please complete the booking form to provide us with important information about your flight and where you’ll be staying when you arrive.
We’ll be in contact with students to confirm details about where to meet us at the airport at least 3 days before they arrive.

Terms and Conditions of Airport pick-up
- The airport pick-up is only available to new overseas students of Royal Holloway starting their course in January 2025
- The deadlines for booking the airport pick-up is 9 January, 9am GMT
- Due to the limited capacity of our vehicles, students are asked not to travel with more than 2 large suitcases + hand luggage. Students that arrive with more luggage may be asked to make their own arrangements to travel to campus
- Due to the limited capacity of vehicles, priority will be given to students. We are happy to transport family, friends and helpers but only where we have space and it is safe for us to do so
- The vehicles we operate are only able to collect at Heathrow and drop-off at our Egham campus. If you are living in the local Egham area, we would be happy to drop you at campus but you will need to make your own way to your private accommodation
