To purchase a membership please visit the Royal Holloway Sport app

If you are a student, you are already set up with an account, to access please visit the ‘forgot your password’ link. Once you have reset your password you will then be able to log in to your account and purchase a membership, book classes, sessions, and facilities. 

It’s really easy to download the Royal Holloway Sport app from your smartphone or tablet device. For iPhone, iPad or Apple users, head to the Apple App Store, and for Android users, head to the Google Play Store and search for Royal Holloway Sport.

With the Royal Holloway Sport app in your pocket, you’ll always have quick and easy access to purchase a membership and book your favourite activities and facilities at the Home of the Bears. Get up-to-date information, news, offers, events and receive push notifications for important news.

Our clubs and societies are run by students themselves with the support of the Students' Union. For more information on available clubs, please visit the Students' Union webpage or the Club Hub within the Royal Holloway Sport app. 

We have created an all-new Club Hub in the Royal Holloway Sport app! Here, you can find how-to guides for student club leaders, information about the range of student clubs and see upcoming fixtures on campus.

Yes! Upcoming fixtures taking place on campus are listed in the Royal Holloway Sport App.

Off-campus fixtures are not provided as they are not linked to our facility booking system.

We are very active on Instagram, with an archive of photos and videos, daily stories updates and interactive content. Search for 'Royal Holloway Sport', with the handle @rhulsport.

The Royal Holloway Sport app also provides updates via the 'What's On' news articles and push notifications delivered straight to your phone.

Yes! We highly encourage and welcome staff looking after their wellbeing through physical activity. We offer a range of staff memberships at a concessionary rate, from which you can access the gym, group exercise classes and exclusive staff sport sessions on our Egham campus including football and tennis. If you are feeling overwhelmed, we have support services from our Student Advisory and Wellbeing team where you can discuss any concerns, issues or worries you have whether it is about you or a friend. Please contact us via email if you would like to chat with an Advisor who will be able to listen to your worries and help you in getting the right support for you. If you are really struggling with your wellbeing and don’t feel you can keep yourself safe please contact 999 and speak to an operator who will be able to get you immediate support.  

Furthermore, it is proven that our mental health and wellbeing are assisted and improved by exercise and diet. We would always encourage you to try and get in some form of exercise in order to improve your mood and wellbeing. 

For any ad-hoc (single) bookings, download the Royal Holloway Sport app, select Book from the app homepage, and then Facilities to see the different facilities you can book. Select the facility you would like to book, then Book now where you will be able to see the availability timetable for the facility and select the time you would like to book.

Yes, we have hosted successful children's birthday parties in our indoor and outdoor facilities and welcome enquiries about facility space for these. To see the exciting activities we've hosted before, find out more here.
