If you are taking part in one of our Executive Education courses you will find the answers to some frequently asked questions below.

Will I receive a degree-level qualification? 

Learners will receive a certificate, but unless specifically stated, Masterclasses are non-credit bearing, meaning they don’t contribute to a degree-level qualification. 

Will I need to complete assessments? 

No, our Masterclass learning focuses on practical hands-on activity. 

Will there be a lot of pre-preparation? 

No, unless specified, this won’t be necessary. You may like to explore some resources in advance, but that’s up to you. 

If there is anything to be completed prior to the start of your course this will be communicated to you after registration. 

What if I miss a session? 

No problem, we will try to accommodate you on the next Masterclass, subject to availability. 

Is there parking? 

We can arrange parking for Masterclasses at our Egham campus, but do not have parking facilities for our central London campus. Both sites are well connected to public transport.

Can I ask follow-up questions after the Masterclass has finished?

Absolutely, go to our bespoke section and email us (executive@royalholloway.ac.uk). We would be delighted to explore opportunities for bespoke session development. 

What if I have questions that aren’t answered here? 

You’ll receive an information pack by email shortly before your Masterclass commences, to help onboard you. Feel free to reach out directly to your Masterclass Instructor in the meantime. Contact details for them is included on the specific course page.
