Students can also focus on current or historical social and cultural topics relating to identity, use of space and community-building between the Greek and Turkish communities, as well as other migrants and visitors.
The fieldtrip is based in Nicosia and includes two days of staff-led activities, and then students work on their own projects in small groups advised by a staff member. There is preparatory work before the trip, including a contextual essay. The fieldtrip is assessed through a 6,000 word report.
