Recent additions to the collection include works by Augustus John and Graham Sutherland.
The Thomas Holloway collection of Victorian paintings are housed in our stunning Grade 1 listed Picture Gallery and we hold temporary exhibitions in a dedicated space in the Davison Building.
The Picture Gallery and the Exhibition Space are currently closed to visitors due to the pandemic. Whilst we are not able to open our doors physically we have created a digital museum to explore our collections online. You can enjoy audio tours, online exhibitions, talks and films as well a programme of online events. We look forward to welcoming you back in person in the future.
