Investment programme to enhance our campus
We have been developing our historic estate to provide a 21st century campus that meets the needs of everyone studying and working at our university today and in the future.
We have continued to improve the student experience through a series of investments, including a £57m library and student services centre. In 2019, we opened our new world-class superconducting nanofabrication facility, SuperFab, as well as a state-of-the-art science building, the Beatrice Shilling Building.

The Covid-19 pandemic has impacted capital projects and planned construction work at Royal Holloway. We will update our community on plans to continue to develop our historic estate.
