  • Date10 December 2020

The Classics Department has started an exciting new initiative to encourage schools to get in touch to help us to help you enrich your teaching and learning by exploring the classical past with us.

Open new doors for your students with Classics at RHUL

Conversations with schools are a vital part of the access and outreach work we do here in the Department of Classics at Royal Holloway and something we really enjoy. We offer a wide range of school talks from across our multidisciplinary subject and a host of resources to download and access online. We’re always looking for ways to enrich and improve these interactions so that the talks and resources we offer meet the needs of teachers and students by supporting and enhancing learning.

Whether your school teaches classical subjects or not, we would like to invite you to get in touch and let us know what we can offer that will support and enhance teaching and learning at your school. This year we are particularly keen to focus on online events and resources, such as talks and seminars via MS Teams, Zoom and other platforms, as well as lesson packs and activity plans.

To find out more and get in touch, go to our schools initiative webpage. We look forward to hearing from you!
