I am an independent Strategic Change & Business Transformation Consultant with over twenty years' experience, having worked internationally across multiple industries. My passion is to work with organisations and individuals to jointly design, implement and embed the necessary strategic initiatives to achieve corporate goals and objectives. My background and experience make my work expand across all areas of change - technology, people, processes, and culture - and across a varied range of industries such as media, marine, engineering, finance, fast moving consumer goods, retail or pharmaceuticals between others.
I have worked for both top consulting firms and corporate clients such as Ernst and Young, CSC, BBC, Paramount Pictures, EDF Energy, Unilever, PepsiCo, Lloyds Register and Cargill and I have been a visiting Lecturer at Royal Holloway since 2013. During this time at Royal Holloway I have also coached students to transition into the workplace.
My personal interest resides in the area of psychology that researches individual, collective, and organizational behaviour in times of change to better understand how to design change interventions to support optimum and successful strategic change.
I hold a master's degree in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering, an Executive MBA from Cass Business School and I am an Executive Coach by the Institute of Leadership and Development.
