Welcome to our new RLF Fellow

  • Date14 October 2024

London author Tony White is the new Royal Literary Fund (RLF) Fellow on campus and he’s here to help you improve your writing

Tony White is best known for novels such as The Fountain in the Forest (Faber, 2018). He will be based in the History Department, with an office in the International Building, but his role is to offer free and confidential writing advice and support to anyone – at any level, or in any school or department – that wants it.

RLF Fellows are professional, published authors whose role is to help you strengthen your writing, whether essays, reports, theses, dissertations or presentations.

Sign up for a free one-to-one tutorial to help you:

  • Structure and plan your work.
  • Express your ideas more clearly.
  • Answer grammar and style questions.
  • Improve your writing and editing skills.
  • Create compelling academic and commercial work.

Sessions are for 50 minutes and take place on Mondays and Tuesdays, 10.00 am to 5 pm (last appointment 4 pm), in the History Department (International Building, Room 0-03). Online sessions are also available, on request.

To book, please email: tony.white@rlfeducation.org.uk

Please note that RLF Fellows do not undertake proofreading or EAP tuition.
