Irene was invited by the Department of Law & Criminology of Aberystwyth University to deliver a research seminar

The research seminar was held on 12 January 2023 under the title: ‘Aligning human rights language with climate action language to combat climate change’.

Irene discussed the evolving case law on human rights and climate change and drew comparisons with the environmental rights cases decided in the previous four decades.
