Dr Leonardo V P de Oliveira discussed his research on access to justice in arbitration as part of a podcast dedicated to ADR in insolvency.

Dr Leonardo V P de Oliveira (Senior Lecturer and Subject Head in Law, Royal Holloway, University of London) has been interviewed by INSOL Talks. The interview was conducted by Dr Eugenio Vaccari (Senior Lecturer in Law, Royal Holloway, University of London).

Since its launch in September 2021, INSOL Talks has become a valuable source of information and knowledge, shared by some of the leading experts in the field of insolvency and restructuring law. Last year alone, INSOL Talks podcasts were downloaded more than 6,000 times from 96 countries, with the UK, Australia, the USA, Germany and Singapore being the top-5.

Dr Leonardo V P de Oliveira was interviewed together with Dr Manuel Penades Fons (Reader in International Commercial Law, King’s College London), and Prof Annika Wolf (Professor of Sustainable Transformation, University of Applied Sciences Emden/Leer). Together, they discussed arbitration and mediation, and how alternative dispute resolution mechanisms can be used in Insolvencies. The full interview is available here.
